OUR STORY

Founded to Bridge the Diagnostic Gap

The Complex Care Foundation was established to address the challenges faced by individuals with complex and underdiagnosed medical conditions. Through firsthand experience, we recognized how gaps in awareness, understanding, and coordination can lead to prolonged and uncertain paths to diagnosis.

Without a more connected approach, many individuals are left navigating a fragmented healthcare landscape without clear direction or support.

Our work focuses on improving recognition and diagnosis through education, research, and the integration of lived experience. By bringing these elements together, we aim to support more informed, responsive approaches to complex care.

What Informs Our Work

Our work is shaped by both research and lived experience. By exploring patterns in the diagnostic journey and learning from real-world perspectives, we aim to better understand where gaps exist and how they can be addressed.

This combined approach helps guide our initiatives, ensuring they are grounded in both evidence and the realities faced by individuals navigating complex and underdiagnosed conditions.
